Landlords and Property managers: Please fill out and return this general information sheet to the Tortosa HOA office.
This information has to be kept updated with each new tenant. In order to inform renters of Community information, events, and news, we need to have their proper information.
Crime Free Lease Addendum
The Crime Free Lease Addendum is a great document for Landlords and Property managers to have available when preparing a new lease. Please have your tenants sign this form while living on your property.
