Tina Handford, Community Manager

Tina's presence in Maricopa is relatively recent, spanning just three years. She began her journey with Tortosa in 2022 as an Administrative Coordinator and has since advanced to the role of Community Manager. Tina’s dedication to her work extends beyond her responsibilities; she genuinely enjoys connecting with homeowners and building trust-based relationships. Outside of the office, Tina is an avid adventurer, frequently exploring new places with her husband. Her commitment to making a meaningful, positive impact on the Tortosa community is evident in everything she does, both professionally and personally.
Erin Odom, Lifestyle & Communications Director

Erin brings a diverse background in real estate, property management, and event planning—including time spent on the events staff for the City of Sherwood in Oregon. Though she’s new(er) to Arizona, Erin has quickly made Maricopa home and is already making a big impact in Tortosa. Her passion for connecting with residents and strengthening community ties is at the heart of everything she does.
Outside of work, you’ll find Erin cheering on her favorite football team or whipping up homemade baked goods for her family. Be sure to stop by the office and say hello—she’s always happy to chat!
Sanita Senicak, Administrative Coordinator

Hi, I’ve called Maricopa home since the 7th grade (2nd promoting class at desert wind middle school) and have loved being part of this growing community. I’m a proud mom to a wonderful daughter, and I enjoy spending my free time on creative projects and being outdoors with friends and family.
With a background in customer service since the beginning of my career, I thrive in people-centered environments. I believe in the power of connection and take pride in being a friendly and approachable resource for homeowners. Making sure residents feel supported and heard within their HOA is something I’m truly passionate about. Please feel free to stop into the office anytime to say hi or ask your questions!
Adam Mayhugh, Compliance Coordinator

I’m a native Arizonian, born in Flagstaff and moved to Casa Grande in 1993 after my father retired from the U.S. Army. After serving 10 years in the U.S. Army myself, I moved back to Casa Grande to be near family. I’m a proud husband and father of two—an 18-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, camping, poker nights, and diving into a good conspiracy theory or two.
