Payment Options
There are four convenient ways to pay your assessments.
1- Drop off your payment at the onsite Association office located at 36340 W Picasso St. Maricopa, AZ 85138. (At the moment, the office only accepts checks or money orders.)
2- Pay online here, you can pay with a credit card or E-Check.
3- Mail in your payment to our local office or to P.O. Box 533182 Atlanta, GA 30353-3182
4- Set up direct debit to have CCMC debit your checking account.
