Payment Options
There are several ways to pay your association dues. In addition to mailing payments, you can choose from four electronic payment options: recurring payments, electronic checks, debit, and credit card payments. Please include your account number with any payment to ensure it is processed promptly and correctly.

Remember, payments are due on the 1st of the month and considered late after the 15th, with a $15.00 late fee applied to late payments.
VMS Online Web Portal
The web portal provides account information. It eliminates the need for intermediaries, allowing you to log in and access your account balance, set up online payments, and so much more.

eStatements
eStatements are a great way to reduce your paper footprint and save on mailing costs for the association. Tortosa bills monthly and sends out statements regardless of whether you are on auto-pay or have a credit balance on your account. Sign up for eStatements to receive your statement directly via email.
To get started, refer to your mailed statement. Under the 'Description' box, you'll find a website link, such as `https://hoa-e.com/*******`. The portion after the '/' is specific to your account.

Direct Debit
To establish eligibility for recurring payment processing through Alliance Association Bank, please visit our webpage at https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com. Under 'New Users,' choose 'Setup Account.' Then, follow the prompts as directed.
Please note that there is no charge for setting up recurring eCheck payments. Be sure to read the asterisked (*) information below before signing up for any recurring payments directly with the bank.
*If you set up recurring payments with Alliance Association Bank and your assessment changes, you must update your payment to reflect the new assessment amount. Please note that CCMC and Alliance Association Bank are not affiliated companies. To comply with privacy laws, we do not share personal information.
Pay online via Electronic Check, Debit, or Credit Card
To pay online visit the following website: https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com. Under 'One-Time Payment,' choose either the eCheck or Debit/Credit Card icon and follow the prompts as directed.

Pay at the Association Office
If you prefer to pay in person, we accept checks and money orders at the Community Association Office. For after-hours payments, a secure drop box is available right outside the office door. We are located within Tortosa at 36340 W. Picasso Street, and our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Mail in payment
When paying by mail or through your online bill payment service, separate checks and envelopes must be used for each account. Each check should also list the account number to ensure accurate application of funds.
Please make sure you mail your coupon/statement stub with your payment. Any payments that cannot be processed automatically by the payment processing service center will be processed by converting your paper check into an electronic check transaction.
