Architectural Guidelines and Form
 
 
 
Architectural Rules and Regulations - This document explains the set standards of Tortosa and implements procedures for the Architectural Committee's review of modifications. These rules are intended to enhance property values and maintain the high standards of development that exist within the community.
 
 
 
Architectural Application - This form is to be completed with as much detail as possible. If necessary, please include pictures of the desired modifications and/or plot plans. Applications can be emailed to Shana Smith at ssmith@ccmcnet.com or mailed to our office.
