If you have not been notified of your login name and password, please complete the Login Request Form.   Tortosa islocated in the beautiful city of Maricopa, Arizona southwest of Phoenix.   We are a three phase Master Planned Community with just over a thousand homeson the ground as we near the end of phase one. The community includes an elementary school and junior high school, with another elementary school planned for the future. Residents also enjoy several tot lots, a large community park and a frisbee golf course. Future development includes plans for another large park that will hold a catch and release fishing pond.
